We’re looking for pieces in great, resellable condition that are free from wear and tear.
We offer three types of Tidy Kits so you can choose the one that suits your wardrobe best:
- Premium Kit – for designer and up-market labels.
- Plus Kit – designed to celebrate size diversity and support our plus-size community.
- Standard Kit – for your everyday, chain-store brands that deserve a second life. Click here to see a list of brands we don't accept.
What happens to items you don't accept?
What happens to items you don't accept?
If any items were not processed, it means they were not accepted during our inspection due to reasons such as unacceptable labels or wear and tear.
Unaccepted items are either:
- Donated to local community causes, from universities and schools to the charity partners we support year-round.
- Recycled through our partner - After, to be up-cycled into new yarn or furniture upholstery.

We’re currently working with a 35 business day turnaround (that’s Monday to Friday). Sometimes things can take a little longer if we receive a high influx of shipments.

Unlike marketplaces, you don’t need to list, photograph, message buyers, or post parcels yourself. (Let's not forget about the time-wasters)
We handle everything. From quality checking and photography to listing, selling, and shipping. You just sit back and earn when your items sell. - We’re simpler than traditional consignment.
No in-person drop-offs. Just fill your Tidy Kit at home, send it in, and our team takes care of the rest.

How much can I earn?
How much can I earn?
We use a sliding pay-scale. The more your items sell for, the more you earn!
Your Payout:
Under $5 → no pay-out
$5.00 - $9.99 → 3%
$10.00 - $19.99 → 15%
$20.00 - $49.99 → 30%
$50.00 - $99.99 → 40%
$100.00 - $199.99 → 50%
$200 or more → 60%
Some lower-priced items don’t qualify for a payout because the costs involved in processing them are higher than their resale value.
