Time to pack your Tidy Kit

You'll receive your Tidy Kit in the mail and it's time for you to fill it up and send it back to us!

Inspection & Processing

Let us do the hard work for you!

Once your Tidy Kit arrives at HQ keep an eye out for a confirmation email. Our team aims to process your Tidy Kit within 30 working days.

We'll carefully inspect, photograph, and process all your items, getting them ready for sale.

Please be sure to also check your junk/spam folder for any emails from us.

Sit back and Relax

Our team will take care of the heavy lifting when it comes to marketing your clothes for sale!

Your items will be listed for a total of 60 days, and after 30 days, we will apply a 25% discount to them.

You can monitor the sales of your items through your personal Vendor Dashboard.

End of Listing

At the end of your 60 day listing window you will be emailed a form to fill out.

Here you will let us know where you want your funds to go. Whether you'd like, store credit, to make a charitable donation, or a direct cash transfer to your bank account.

You can choose to have your items returned to you (a $15.00 postage/admin fee will apply) if we don't hear back within 10 working days your items will be donated.

Please note: payments are processed at the end of every month.
