How do we measure products?

Measurements are taken with the item laid flat. Chest is measured underarm to underarm, length from the top of the shoulder to the hem, and waist from side to side. Need more details? Our team’s happy to help - just get in touch ❤️

How long does shipping take?

We ship daily from our Auckland warehouse, Monday to Friday, with express delivery. Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. Rural deliveries may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping notification and tracking link once your package is on its way.

Returns are accepted for a credit note on full-priced items only. Sale and outlet items are not eligible for return.
