How we measure
All measurements are taken with the garment lying flat.
Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance
We do our best to ensure a full inspection of the garment is carried out and will inform you of any flaws. Given the nature of second-hand items, there may be minor flaws present.

Orders are shipped daily by overnight courier, Monday-Friday from our Auckland HQ.

Sale Items:
There are no exchanges, refunds, or returns for change of mind on SALE items
Full-Priced Items:
If you change your mind about full-priced items, you have 10 days from the delivery date to initiate a return and send the item/items back for a full store credit. To organise a return, please email us at hello@andagain.co.nz within this period.
